Constantinos Filis
Professor Filis is the Director of the ACG Institute of Global Affairs and an Associate Professor at the American College of Greece.
He is a Research Fellow at the Foreign Policy Planning Centre of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a member of the National Council on Foreign Policy (NCFP) as well as a member of the Educational Council, of the Diplomatic Academy, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also an expert representative of Greece at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE). He is a commentator for SKAI and a columnist for Kathimerini.
He lectures at the Diplomatic Academy, the Naval Academy, the Hellenic Air Force Academy and the National Security Academy. He has published extensively, including books, papers and studies. He was elected Senior Associate Member (SAM) at St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford (2007-2009) and, in tandem, a Member of the International Council of the Research Institute for European and American Studies. He was also a researcher at the Center for Southeast European Studies at Oxford (SEESOX), University of Oxford (2008-2010).
